About this deal

Even my English teacher was wearing this and every time she spoke to me, I couldn't catch my breatch!

Faintly floral, rather chemical with an edge of musk the scent has more lasting power than I expected. Launched By The Design House Of Coty In 1988, Exclamation Perfume Is Classified As A Sharp, Oriental, Floral Fragrance. It reminds me of that, when you watch an 80s movie and think about how the girls are so soft looking, like a Jesus Christ baby powder explosion. It reminds me of the exclamation point in homework sheets that I had in school when I weas learning proper English grammar and syntax. It's appropriate for school (and by school I mean junior high, high school and college) but it can also be worn to the office and to the work place. I'm surprised many people pick up vanilla in this fragrance as I don't detect it at all and vanilla is one of my most favourite notes. Just like most current formulations of older fragrances this one has taken a pretty big hit in the performance department. With powdery, vanilla, fruity, and musky accords, this cologne does not fail to surprise you, hence the exclamation!

This is a 1980's sweet youthful teenage perfume and much more enjoyable than the radical and overpowering Camp Beverly Hills.

It combines notes of peach, apricot and bergamot, before an accord evokes memories of summer holidays with festive florals like rose and jasmine.

This is appropriate because Walmart was the first place where I encountered this perfume when it came on the market, back in the late 80's. I find it has light projection for about 15 minutes then stays a skin scent for the rest of the wear. But several other reviews have pointed out how similar Exclamation is to Tresor, and I own a miniature version of Tresor. Of course it can be worn by any girl or guy of any age but the notes are serious florals and this is a Sophia Grojsman perfume and she has created some amazing fragrances throughout the years.Content on this site is not intended to substitute for advice given by medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional. As these float away, they reveal the base of sumptuous vanilla, musk, cedar, exotic sandalwood, and amber with its warm, resinous, and decidely oriental scent. This perfume smells of first kisses, crushes on boys, sparkling stickers on notebook covers, and reminds me of TV shows of the early 90's like SISTER SISTER, CLARISSA EXPLAINS IT ALL, or later shows like SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH and CLUELESS THE SERIES. But it’s remained unchanged from its days on supermarket shelves, and for a very evocative trip down memory lane it’s a solid choice. To me it's quite unique, something I haven't smelled before (it might be because of the peach note).

The longevity is not bad, 4-6 hours, but the projection is non existent almost from initial application. This is probably her softest and most youthful, but it's still very beautiful and heady; a fruity floral of the highest caliber. It's adorably and naively synthetic at first, but it dries down into a wonderful, musky vanilla peachiness with a dash of cinnamon. Let's see if I can remember-it was a sweet scent and very upbeat too; I remember it put me in a good mood when I wore it. This perfume is still exactly what it set out to be all those years ago, and I find that to be simply wonderful.I had no idea about notes of this (and don't want to have) but is was sickly sweet, laud, offensive and just not good. For home, before bed or just chillin out it's a perfect inexpensive choice: the violet and the powder are soothing and vanilla gives a bit of sweetness.
