The colors tended to feel a little heavy – not unusual for the era – but they were more than acceptable.It also continues to be held high as a well-produced piece of television that managed to sink its fans into pop culture forever.

For die-hard fans of the show who already own The Chosen Collection, there really isn’t much here worth upgrading for, unless you must absolutely have every release or if you just want the swag (I doubt many folks would). Flighty teenage girl Buffy Summers learns that she is her generation's destined battler of vampires. I saw no issues with jagged edges or shimmering, and both edge haloes and print flaws remained absent. Man, I had this entire series on DVD but went on a high def phase when I thought all sd is garbage on a widescreen full hd tv (not exactly untrue, but still), and therefore I shouldn't hold on to it (if I don't watch it regularly I should probably sell it and make a few extra bucks, right?The episodes are: 'When She Was Bad', 'Some Assembly Required', 'School Hard', 'Inca Mummy Girl', 'Reptile Boy', 'Halloween', 'Lie to Me', 'The Dark Age', 'What's My Line: Part 1', 'What's My Line: Part 2', 'Ted', 'Bad Eggs', 'Surprise', 'Innocence', 'Phases', 'Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered', 'Passion', 'Killed By Death', 'I Only Have Eyes for You', 'Go Fish', 'Becoming: Part 1' and 'Becoming: Part 2'. Note: Our refurbished grades - Pristine, Very Good and Good - are solely based on the cosmetic condition of the phone. Whedon doesn’t commit in any direction, so the movie leans toward half-hearted stabs at horror, comedy and action.
